Go to Roadmap and enter your tournament name and date. The app automatically builds your 4-week load roadmap — and your weekly targets update week by week as you get closer.
Tap + Add and choose your session type. GPS values are calculated automatically — no device needed.
The dashboard shows your progress vs weekly targets for all 8 GPS metrics. The status indicators tell you at a glance where you're at.
Tap Get Prescription on the Dashboard. The AI reads your current week data and gives you a personalised drill prescription — specific drills, sets and reps — to close your gaps before the week ends.
What you need to do:Post warm-up — 3 × Speed Build Ups, intent to move fast. During session — 4 × Box Drill, go on the 30s. Close out with MAS 2×8 @85m.
The Metrics tab shows your cumulative load per session vs target bands. Use it to see whether you're building load at the right rate across the week.
Frisbee Track works best as an installed app — full screen, faster load, and it behaves like a native app. Takes 10 seconds.
